Focus Groups

With a number of trained, disciplined, and creative focus group moderators on staff, we are able to recruit appropriate participants, develop practical discussion guides, and use a range of proven techniques to elicit participants' opinions and ideas in focus group discussions.  We are also experienced in hosting and moderating online bulletin boards as a web-based alternative to in-person focus groups.

In-Depth Interviewing

We have many experienced interviewers who conduct in-depth interviews by telephone or in-person. Because we work to understand each of your unique needs and topics, our staff is proficient in developing screening criteria and interview guides for productive one-on-one discussions.
